      The most complicated aspect in the universe is the body structure of the living beings may be a microorganism or plants or animals. Today the study of life sciences is directed from macro to micro level. It encompasses the study of cells to the coordination between various organs. The scope and depth of the study increase at every stage.

 

      Because of the interference of the human beings in nature, the biodiversity is affected. This has badly aff¬ected health of all living beings including human race itself. It is necessary to study microorganisms, plants and animals for healthy life. The scientific farming is important in the scenario of increasing population and limited agricultural land. Health & Life Sciences are important till the life exists on the earth.

 

Skill Based Courses:

Certificate/Diploma Courses:

       Paramedical/Agriculture/Fisheries/Hospitality/Home Science by MSBVE/ITI/MSBTE/YCMOU/Agriculture Universities/Govt. Hospitals (1 week to 2 years)

HSC Vocational:

       Crop Sciences/ Fishery Technology/Radiology/ Food Production etc.

 

       All the above options give specific skills and eligibility to start small-scale industries with small capital investment, thus encouraging entrepreneurship. One can also opt to pursue higher education externally.

Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC):

       Option 1: GENERAL SCIENCE Option 2: BI-FOCAL SCIENCE Option 3: HOME SCIENCE On completion HSC, many opportunities are open for under graduate as well as Post graduate courses and other avenues given below.

Post HSC Diploma:

       Diploma in Pharmacy, Dairy Technology, Dental Mechanic/Hygienist etc.

 

Degree Courses in Medical:

       MBBS /BDS /BAMS /BHMS /BUMS /B.V.Sc. & AH.

 

Important Medical Entrance Exam:

       State CET/ AIPMT/AFMC/AIIMS/MGIMS/JIPMER after completing bachelors degree one can pursue MD, MS

 

Paramedical Courses:

       (with Entrance): B.Pharm /Pharm. D (Doctor of Pharmacy) / BSc (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Bachelor of Audio &Speech Language Pathology, Nursing)

Paramedical Courses:

      (on the basis of Merit): BPMT (Laboratory Tech., Radiography, Radiotherapy, cardiology, Neurology, Blood transfusion, Optometry, Operation Theatre, Endo copy, Forensic Science, Perfusionist, Community Medicine, Emergency Medicine & General Medicine.

Agriculture:

       (4 Years) BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fishery, Food & Nutrition, Bio-technology etc.

Life Sciences:

       3 years B.Sc.in Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Bio-informatics, Nautical Science, Marine Science, Genetic Science, Oceanography, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Forensic Science Environmental Science etc.

Pure Science:

      5 years Integrated Programme BS-MS after XII from IISER / NISER / IISc Bengaluru

Post Graduation Courses:

      MSc/M.Phil /PhD. /PG Diploma Courses in life sciences subjects

 

Research & Fellowship through Premier Institutions:

      IISER/NISER/IIT/TIFR /HBCSE/NCL/ NIV/ICT/CSIR/TISS/ ICAR /ICFRE / JRF BARC / ISRO/NIO etc.

Education Field:

      DTEd ,BEd, MEd, MPhil,PhD,SET,NET

Competitive Exams:

      MPSC / UPSC & Combined Medical Services Examinations, Agricultural Research Services, Indian Forest Services, GATE BT, Biotechnology Entrance Exam (BET), CEEB etc.
